Design = Elegance and Innovation

I have never seen shoes like the ones developed by United Nude, but they are the most innovative shoes I have ever seen. United Nude is all about elegant design and innovative fashion. They launched their first shoe in 2003, and are about to launch their line of bags, scarves and other accessories (yay!). Their website exemplifies their innovative spirit and gives details on where the design inspirations for their shoes come from. If you love modern design – then you might just become a United Nude lover.

The Mobius silhouette: the very first product launch for United Nude. A single strip is used to form the heel, sole,footbed and upper strap. This design was inspired by the iconic Ludwig Mies van der Rohe Barcelona chair (below):

German architect and pioneering master of modern architect, Mies van der Rohe used leather straps to suspend leather-covered cushions from a chrome plated steel frame. It is the most elegant piece of modern furniture, being described as architecture you can sit on.

The Peel in hot pink: a fluid motion of one line that appears as the heel and ends as the upper strap for an adjustable fit.
